Completed my 200hr #yogateacher #certificate program with @8limbsyoga while retreating at #breitenbushhotsprings. Here I am atop Devils peak looking out onto Pawtoo (my Jefferson ) where the hot springs come from. A lovely trip deep into my soul indeed.
